My Saxo needs your help/or manic motors.

I put some exhaust on it i brought and it's way silent Sad

Might be cause its got a blown cat

But what would you put on a VTR to get it sounding nice? ala manifold, decat, newer style exhaust.

Im gutted.com Sad

pugsport? or one of your systems?

its not all about noise kramster your not 17 still and just passed your test.
magnex back boxes are not that loud.
if you want just pure noise and nowt else jap styleeeee!!
i would suggest a nice ashley competition system not that exspensive and are mint.
not sure if they do em for saxo's like with me being vauxhall through and through lol.

Krammmmyy

It's a phase 2 VTR aint it? f im remember correctly these have the cat in the manifold but it also has a plastic oil filter housing, im sure the usual Raceland manifolds are too close and melt the housing. I'll have a word with my bro and see whats available.

As for exhaust, we use a lot of Supersprint stuff, its reasonably priced and the sound is pretty good too, also the fitment is second to none. Also Devil may be worth a look, we deal with them now but havent tried any of there stuff yet, I'm tempted to try it on mine. They normally do quiet good stuff for the french cars.

As for pugsport, I wouldn't touch, the fitment is cack but sound loud. Also dont think they do a fitment for a Saxo.

I'll have a word and get back to you! Tis the 100bhp version yeah?

Dude had a word, as for exhausts its not a problem really. You just need to see if its got a plastic oil filter housing or the normal type oil filter on most engines, this is the main factor when it comes to which manifolds are available.

So when it's light, pop the bonnet and go and have a gander!

yeah it usually isnt worth the hassle for the gains you'll get on what is really a standard engine.
